Description: fruit is medium, larger on the stem side; skin is light yellow, pink flushed and red streaked; flesh is yellowish, very acid, juicy and aromatic.
Early apple to be picked during the second part of July. Keeps for one or two weeks. The earliest bloom of the Eaubonne Orchard (end of march).
