Description : fruit is medium, flat, yellowish-green or pale yellow, pink flushed and red streaked; flesh is whitish, a little subacid, juicy.
Attractive apple to be picked in mid August and eaten in September. Storage : one month at most, the flesh having a tendancy to tearn starchy very quickly.
